    1st Major Windows Phone 7 Update is Out, Brings Copy-paste Capability

    Microsoft has started to distribute its first full Windows Phone 7 update. After a number of device ROMs leaked over the internet Microsoft began pushing out “NoDo” to devices on Tuesday. This is the 1st major update for Windows Phone 7 platform. It brings long waited copy and paste and many more updates to your WP7 devices. Microsoft is pushing out build 7390 under the “Windows Phone Update – March 2011″ name.

    Microsoft started to distribute this update to a number of unbranded devices worldwide. All the owners should see the update notification in few days time. Carriers branded devices are a whole different story. It’s not yet clear when carrier branded devices will receive update notifications. A number of mobile operators like Orange, O2 and AT&T blocked the first Windows Phone 7 patch update when it was originally released. WinRumors understands that O2 UK should be pushing the update to its range of devices in early April.

    Improved the experience of syncing Facebook accounts.
    The stability of switching between camera and video modes in the camera application is better now.
