Next Windows Phone 7 Mango Update is Known by 7.5
Microsoft gives next major Windows 7 Mango upgrade a codename ‘7.5’. This Mango update will be available to developers by May 2011. This WP7 update brings many new things to mobile phones running Microsoft’s operating system. It is a good idea to give a new name so it would be easier for customers to identify the difference.
Windows Phone 7.5 has the multi-tasking capability. Some other goodies made by this update include a better integration of third party applications, which should enable better use of Live tiles on the main page.
Microsoft also finally third party developers to access the camera and libraries of the motion sensor so they can create more interesting apps. They will also improve access to Windows Marketplace and monetization opportunities.
We don’t know anything when this update will be available and list of specific devices.
